“K3A started my Marco’s Pizza project in Late June, 2019 and I had 120 days to complete Tenant Improvements and open before my Rent commenced. Suhash and his team came through and executed his construction plan flawlessly and got me open before my Rent Started. I was so happy with K3A’s performance I actually paid them a performance bonus a few weeks after I was open, (even though it was not part of our contract). They saved me money, did a good job with the construction, and got me open before my deadline. They will be my contractor for my next project in Meridianville, AL in 2020 and West Murfreesboro, TN in 2021.”
